​Understanding our cancellation policy is important as it outlines the fees associated with canceling a booking. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. Standard Cancellations:

• 30+ Days Before Trip Start Date: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled start of your trip, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. This fee compensates for the planning and resources allocated to your trip.
   

• 15-30 Days Before Trip Start Date: Cancellations made within 15 to 30 days prior to the trip start date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total trip cost. This increased fee accounts for the reduced opportunity to allocate those resources elsewhere.
   

• 0-15 Days Before Trip Start Date: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This fee reflects the high likelihood that we will not be able to reallocate resources or fill the vacancy created by the late cancellation.​

• Once your cancellation request gets confirmed, you will get the refund within 3 to 5 business days to the provided account number or Debit/Credit Card through the reverse payment by payment gateway.

2. Unforeseen Circumstances:

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or governmental restrictions that impact the planned activities, we may be forced to cancel specific parts of the itinerary. Under such circumstances:
 

• Alternate Activities: We will make every effort to provide an alternative activity that is feasible under the given conditions. Our priority is to ensure the continuity of your experience while keeping safety in mind.

• No Refunds for Cancellations by Us: Please note that if we cancel an activity due to reasons beyond our control, no refunds will be provided for the canceled activity. This policy is in place because we incur costs in preparing for the activity that cannot be recovered.

3. Notification and Processing:

Informing Us: To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The date on which we receive your written cancellation will be considered the date of cancellation request.

Refund Processing: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a certain number of days from the date of cancellation. This period allows us to administratively handle the refund process.
